This garden was not built at once, but in several small construction steps over a two years period
First priority: The customer’s wishes were; to create a gravel garden that is easy to maintain. An extra-strong quality weed membrane (water permeable) was used underneath the gravel.
Planting; A few plant beds were implemented, mostly with drought-resistant plants and succulents. A slope in front of the house was planted with Mediterranean rockery plants. Plantation of shading mulberry trees for a future seating area in one lower corner of the plot. Plantation of big palm trees in specially build stone roundels.
